Here’s my nutrition plan:
-After breakfast: qnt zinc and ironmaxx Multi-vitamine
-With Lunch: cytosport muscle milk (1-2 scoops)
-pre-workout: cellucor C4 (1-2 scoops) and bsn amino x (1 scoop)
-Post-workout: bsn amino x (1 scoop)
-20 minutes later cytosport muscle milk (1-2 scoops), Esn ultrapure creatine monohydrat (5g) and Peak glucofast (1-2 scoops)

some of you are always searching for the strongest supplement, for all of you who don’t know, start the fuck using creatine monohydrat! i’m using it for one year now, at the moment i’m in constant use, and its fucking awesome! i know what i’m talking about, and if you really want to gain lean muscle mass and awesome strength, use just 3-5g of creatin monohydrat every day, after the workout or as the first thing in the morning, do this two weeks and, of course if your nutrition is good, you’re gonna be shocked by the results! in nearly every workout i can push more weight than ever before and the lean muscle mass is becoming more and more. everytime i used creatine it was like this, but now, when i started using monohydrate (!)POWDER(!) constantly, the results are great. and it’s probably one of the cheapest supps ;)
start using it and dont forget drinking 3-4 liters of water every day!
